Oh nooooooooooo! I really want to do this, but I also know better than to dig myself into a deeper hole with everything else going on right now!  Blah!  Bookmarking anyway... I don't trust my better judgement, so you might see me again soon....

Isn't this whole site about impulse control? Or the lack thereof? Staying up all night to finish something, or staying up to work out an idea or come up with another approach?

But take your time M&C - we'll do this again in the summer or fall if you can't join us this time.

Ok, so the "made mainly of fabric" part is making me hesitate.  I don't work with fabric very often.  Occasionally it makes its way into a project as an accessory, but I usually resort to other materials as a base.

Ok, so the "made mainly of fabric" part is making me hesitate.  I don't work with fabric very often.  Occasionally it makes its way into a project as an accessory, but I usually resort to other materials as a base.

Like what for example? Burlap? Wall paper? Socks? I thought I took out the "mostly fabric" part in the description - these are mixed media so you can use wax, paper, metal, wire, yarn, gourds, tin cans, etc.

I will try to match you up with someone who has a similar aesthetic or taste so you can do what you do and feel good about it.

Also, I just had a query from someone who requested a swap partner. That is totally okay, ask away. I want swaps to be fun and I want each of us (myself included) to make something for someone we know will appreciate it and love it.

Okay, I changed the description on the first page - fabric is my go to material so a little of that crept into the description!

Well that's good to know then.  I just wanted to be sure, and I'm sorry if I caused a hiccup of any kind.  I will begin working on my questionnaire tomorrow.   Smiley

Alright, alright, alright! (say that in your best Matthew McConaughey voice) - Six new swappers today.

Some old friends and some new ones. Maybe we'll fill up before next week and I can do partners early!
