Hello!  I made this lovely cowl for the Friends of Craftster Raffle round 11 Swap.  Waggonswest was my 'winner' Smiley

Here are a few photos that I took before sending out:




No actions shots, sorry!

The cowl was made using a *free*pattern on the Lion Brand website ~ I can't say I followed it exactly, but also don't recall what modifications I made.  The pattern is GREAT and very easy to follow.  If you've never tried entrelac because it seems to difficult & scary... trust me, if you can knit, you can make this!

I used 3 different wool yarns from my stash (Bernat Softee Chunky, Loops & Threads Cozy Wool, and Loops & Threads Impeccable) and LOVE how these yarns worked up together.  So soft & comfy  Smiley

I've always admired the entrelac technique but I haven't tried it on actual projects. This is really nice and inspiring!
