Pi day is one of my favorite holidays, who doesn't love an excuse to make Pi! This year I attempted my first apple pie using this tutorial. The result was delicious and absolutely nerdy!

The numbers ended up all lying flat and got cut when slicing the pie but here's one 8 that survived!

Quit it with those numbers!  That's too funny.  Cheesy  I'm glad your first apple pie came out so well!  How long did it take you?

It took about 2-3 hours to peel and slice and cut the apples and then the rest was a whole lot easier, just waiting for the pi to finish to cook.
