There are two things in life I love, crochet and penguins.

Okay, there is more than that, but people I know have sent me this link: http://www.abc.net.au/local/audio/2014/03/05/3957423.htm

about people in Australia needing sweaters for penguins and they are calling for knitters to make them. I tried to look up how to convert a knit pattern to crochet and it seems incredibly complicated. Does anyone have a foolproof method or somehow know of a crochet pattern that would substitute?

What made me really sad was when the Rena sank (in NZ) lots of penguins were covered in the oil, but for some reason they didn't want penguin sweaters.
