I have previously posted Lots and Lots of Dots eggs http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=432596.0#axzz31nFI4Jl5 in the regular plastic egg size. After Easter I hit up the Hobby Lobby for a GINORMOUS EGG (at 80% off because I'm cheap). I used bigger dots and lots of glue. The process is all the same. I may Modge Podge this one to help protect it since it is so HUGE!
