We're moving and my Mother gave me a coffee table. It's wooden and much higher than most coffee tables. DOes anyone have any ideas of what to do with this? we already have a coffee table so maybe a way to pain it to look cool or turn it into an entertainment center or tv stand.

I love personal swaps! PM me!

Can it go across the front of your fireplace to display things on? I was just looking at your fireplace and thinking a long, tall, narrow table would almost act like a mantle piece. Some years ago DH bought me two from Walmart or Target and they've been very useful in every house or apartment we've been in.
