The anticipation! Artsycandice comment in the discussion thread got me all excited Smiley

The  mirror key is  wonderful, a great way to use the technique. I'm loving the parakeet cardo too,  it's a great portrait!

I got two more aces to add to my collection today, both from Chemeleonhound! (I currently have 3 beautifully drawn aces in my Chemeleonhound collection now, but these two new ones go together!) these are meant to be part of a set of 4, so I'm going to wish and hope that I get the other two this month too!!!

And the backs are even done! Thank you so much, Chemeleonhound! I love your illustrations Smiley

I really love those aces! Sweet drawings. I see him thinking so clearly and I love how the lion's paw is coming tentatively 'round the edge. Plus there is such natural space between the A and the scarecrow. Somehow I don't know how to pull that off in my cards so I find it impressive.

Ha.  I'm not up to anything.  I just love the embroidered ones already done.  I can't embroider, and I just got some new copics, so I won't be leaving those for a WHILE.

Thanks blu! I've always admired your hand-drawn cards, and I've been inspired to try a little harder with drawing some myself!

Loving the gallery so far, and I can't wait to see what's waiting in my mailbox when I get home tomorrow!

Those aces are really clever. It took me a moment for the green color to "click" in my head. Oh, Emerald City! lol. I'm a little slow sometimes. And... You can't say that the backs are done too, and not show them!
They really are great though. Backs sight-unseen or not.  Cheesy

Got a GREAT card from ChameleonHound as well yesterday! Sit down for this one:

It's Squidlock Holmes!!
He's SO awesome. All tentacles are fully pose-able, and he has a bazzillion things with him. A pipe, violin and magnifier, of course - but also a cutlass a lantern and a skull, because ARRRRH! He's a squid/pirate/Sherlock. Awesome! I was playing with him the whole afternoon yesterday, and didn't get any "real" ATC work done. So, if you ladies have a problem with waiting a bit longer for cards from me... take it up with Squidlock. But beware! He also carries a gun! GARR!

The awesomeness here, really.
I love you guys.

Oh wow! That squid is awesome! See, I've no idea what ATCs can be. I should have had "moveables" on my list all along. That is clever and brilliant.  Grin
