Inselaeffchen - Both of your projects are awesome!

pishaw13 - I love that Vonnegut hoop!  I've been trying to come up with some ideas for a Cat's Cradle craft for a long time...might need to be a hoop!  Great aprons, too!  Cheesy

gozer - The last line of your post made me laugh.  Way to go trying out new recipes...the more to try the easier it gets, and soon you'll be making up your own! Cheesy

Pishaw13 - You have been a busy girl! Such a fun Granny Square jacket! Your hoopla is very cool and those aprons make me giggle.  Wink LOL!
Bunny1kenobi - That necklace is insane. My finger tips hurt looking at it. I can imagine all the work putting each of those on. Whew!
LovelyMiss - That Poppet is gorgeous! I love the colors you used for her hair. Very pretty.
Inselaeffchen - Major HP coolness. Major. The box - LOVE!

Research Project Name: Marilyn Manson cross stitch
Team: Multimedia
Brief Description: this project may just take me 3 months.  it's being done on 28 count Monaco Evenweave fabric with 18 colors of floss.  this will be the biggest, most detailed cross stitch project I have done so far.  I made the pattern with a free converter from a picture I found on the net that I LOVE.  I started it on April 30th and I don't even have a solid corner done.  it's 28 squares per inch using a single thread.  I'm already going crazy, so be prepared to call the men with butterfly nets by the time I'm done.

I agree! Holy cow! I have a hard enough time doing cross stitch on 14 count Aida. That is going to be one epic piece of cross stitching when you are finished!

crazyda79, your shrine is a beautiful tribute to your babies, and a wonderfully touching way to always keep them close to your heart.

pishaw13, your granny square sweater is so fun! I love the colors you used and I'd totally wear that sweater. Your Kilgore Trout hoopla his fantastic, too (and now I have the urge to read a book by Vonnegut!). I also love the newest aprons (I'll have to keep my eyes out for that patriotic fabric Smiley ). I'm thinking of heading over to Lexington  & Concord  (MA) this summer, and it would be so funny to carry around a tote bag made with that fabric.

artsycandice, congrats on another featured project! You rock!

bunny1kenobi, I love your necklace of baubles! I wish I could figure out what to wear so I can carry something like that off without it being overwhelming, because I would love to wear that!

LovelyMiss, your poppet is adorable, and I love her hair and her outfit! I love her eyelashes, too!

Inselaeffchen, I love both of your HP Box items. Fantastic job!

gozer, that meat loaf casserole looks yummy! And, it reminds me that I have some shepherd's pie in the freezer that would make an excellent dinner tonight. I bet that meat loaf casserole would be great for the freezer, too! Although, I think I'd have to use "fresh" potatoes instead of instant Smiley

And, I'll be spending some time this weekend with a crochet hook in my hand (I think it'll end up becoming my "best at" project). I've volunteered to make something for the baby of a gal I work with... if they come out well, you'll see them here!
