Oh, I wish I could send everyone some cookies (or some muffins, also made some of those).
My kid just requested more rings, because most of the rings we currently have don't fit well, so there might be a tutorial soon.

Smeddley - we also have a box full of cookie cutters, had it since I was a kid, but of course it's buried somewhere. We'll have to set up a treasure hunt in order to find it. I agree, any excuse to make cookies is good Smiley
crazyda79 - the discworld stuffie is cool. You should definitely read the books, they are awesome. I didn't know the Betty Botter rhyme, it's pretty funny.
BadWolf314 - your truffles look yummy.
Ludi - I love that idiom, you made a very interesting house. Are you sure the kitchen sink isn't in there somewhere?
sammylouise40 - great looking book charms, now you can have your favorites with you at all times.

Battle/Challenge:  April - What's Your Sign?
Team: Textbook
Bonus Points: 0
Project Name: Capricorn Hoop
Project Page Link (if available): N/A
Brief Description: All of my detailed hoops get shipped off for swaps so I made this one for myself. I am a Capricorn, and proud of it. I chose brown because through a little research many sites indicated that brown was the Capricorn color, being an earth sign. So, here it is. Simple, unassuming, and straightforward.

That does not look simple and unassuming to me. It looks impressive and hard! Great work, artsycandice!

BadWolf314 - those oreo truffles look classy and scrumptious!

This cooking prompt is going to be bad... I want to make everything I'm seeing! Mmmmm, Oreo truffles....

And that hoop doesn't look simple at all! Great work!

Battle/Challenge:  April Battle- Comics vs. Books
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points: n/a
Project Name: Faith
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: I drew this for a swap. It's a religious picture of a woman being healed by touching the hem of Christ's robe.  Being on Team Wordy, it should be a foregone conclusion that Books would be my vote, and what better book to feature than The Bible?  Cheesy  The photo was taken by the swap recipient, Helena Puck.

Sorry. I am super far behind on this board (and every other board it seems). I was sick and then we started getting my step-son every other week instead of every other weekend, then he got the flu! Lots going on. It will all settle down soon but right now we are still trying to find a routine and that is throwing me off. I only went back to page 30 so if I missed you I am sorry!
Sammylouise40 - Very regal card and the book charms are neat. What are you going to do with them?
Tanath - Button cookies are such a cute idea. The look both fun and delicious!
Bunny1kenobi - Bizzeebags are so much fun. Lots to see in there! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the mermaid shirt. Clever to make it shimmery too. Lip balms are adorable. I always had to watch She-Ra. She rocked! And your drawinf skills are improving so much! I love the expression on the girls face. She looks fierce! I also love the softness of the Bible drawing. Beautifully done.
 Ratfinkz - Cute turtle clip!
Amaranth_of_oz - ADorable ATC's. The sewn one has such a peaceful quality to it.
Crazyda79 - Awesome DiscWorld plush. That series sounds so weird to me. LOL! Cute penguin TM patch too.
Badwolf314 - Oreo Truffles! Those look dangerous to me.
Ludi - Amazing and so imaginative. Love that house!
ArtsyCandice - wonderful capricorn hook. Very pretty.
