Inselaeffchen, excellent Little Visitor items- such cuteness! And, those Easter tags are adorable! I love how a cute tag can totally dress up a gift, but never think to make any... I need to remedy that!

LovelyMiss, I love that split ring necklace! I have a few plastic rings I was thinking I might try crocheting around, and now I want to dig them out! I love your journal pages, too. I love the idea of a journal, but can never maintain one, so I enjoy seeing what others create. Those thumb tacks are really cool! Will the color be permanent? I feel your pain on craft supplies that smell- I have a hard time using E6000 because of it's peculiar odor! And, just looking at that bread makes me want to grab a cookbook and start kneading some dough.

Thanks, all!

I have the same problem with E6000...I have fought with myself so many times over that glue...I know it will give me a migraine, but it's still the best option for certain things!

And, yep, the color on the tacks is permanent.  I'm just starting to try out alcohol inks, but here is a link to the Ranger product page, since that is the brand I used.

Thanks, LovelyMiss, for the link! I have some alcohol ink refills somewhere in the craft room (I bought them for a specific project but haven't used them yet... adding it to the list of things I need to dig out Smiley ).

As for the E6000, I think I have to break out a tube- the dinosaurs keep coming off of my dinosaur desk set, and my students haven't even touched them, it's all me! Blech...

Battle/Challenge:  March - Battle Royal - B&W
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Dr. Who-needs color?
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: Having a form of color blindness has always made me gravitate more towards B&W in my art work. This is my attempt with Dr. Who. I actually have no idea what color the sonic screwdriver is and my husband wasn't home to tell me so I did this in my trusted B&W.  Tongue  I'll try for a color version when he has time to help me pick colors. Ha!

Battle/Challenge:  March - Flash Mob
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Butterfly Necklace
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: I saw this on Pinterest. I will have to update this with credit to who did the tutorial. I love butterflies and can't wait for Spring to finally show up and bring them back!
Project Picture:

Battle/Challenge:  March - Friendship is magic
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Mermaid Artwork
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: A friend asked me for a drawing of a plus sized mermaid. This was what I came up with. I thought she looked nice and sassy. The frame helped.  Wink
Project Picture:

Battle/Challenge:  March - Luck of the Irish
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Mermaid Paper Doll
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: Although I don't think Sailors considered mermaids lucky but this one is. She has a tail the color of emeralds! I added gold paint (leprechauns style) for added glimmer.
Project Picture:

Battle/Challenge:  March - Pi Day
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Wicked Witch Necklace
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: Ok, Pi is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. So I went with a circle. Trust me, you don't want me to try anything math-like.  Wink  Also, it's kind of a magic number and the witch can do magic! That is the Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz if you can't tell.

And with that I think I am done for tonight. Thanks for bearing with me.

gozer, so much amazing stuff! I love it all, and I'm super impressed with your Dr. Who. I also really like how you articulated the tail on the mermaid. The Wicked Witch pendant is most excellent (although I always used to hide behind the chair whenever she appeared on the TV).

I need to go and double check the prompts to see which ones I have just about ready to go, and hopefully get a chance to post this weekend!

I prefer the bountiful mermaid to the slender one, but they are both beautiful!   Smiley
