I previously made shaded ruby and shaded emerald trees and then I realized I also had shaded amethyst on hand so I made one in a purple ombre as well.

These are micro faceted gemstone rondelles. Pricey but pretty! And since amethyst comes in a variety of depths of tone and color purple, it worked out really well.

I love how the ombre effect shows on the amethyst. And the finishing and design is as gorgeous as all your work is. Smiley

Thanks Antidigger! It seemed like such a good way to use the various shades of purple I had on the strand of amethyst and I really like how it came out. Grin
