Anyone have info on either of these from personal use or friend/family member who has one--Q-snap or Dritz floor frame.

I tried to search by name to see if there was a topic on it, no luck. If there is one that I missed on the quilting boards and someone can post a link to it, I'd be most appreciative.

if you have either, am wondering if ya like it, would ya recommend, good/bad/ugly about it.

Thanks much!

I have heard from one of the ladies in my stitching group that the QSnap is the way to go.  She uses them for various types of needlework as well as occasional quilting.  According to her, it is worth the extra money, as the off brands don't hold as well as the real QSnap variety.   The main con was price, but she really loves how well they work, grip the fabric, etc.

You're welcome!  Let me know how it goes for you, I might order myself a good QSnap for my birthday in April.  Smiley

Thanks a bunch, one of my good friends is an artist and drew it for me.

Hey I got a q snap! just put it together tonight and had dd help me put the top of a halloween quilt on it so I can do some more embroider on it before I put the layers together and then do some quilting.

I also have the extra part to raise it up more in the back and  the 11x17 one on my next paycheck wishlist.

Will let ya know how it works Smiley
