I am also a late swapper...get out the whipping stick and beat me.

I am in Group 2 and 4. All mailed today except for sushipanda and gala_apples from Group 2.
Sorry. They are in the works and will be out the next day or so.

And I had a panic attack today...as I only had 7 envelopes to send.

I forgot that IsikkahJai is in both my groups, and I packaged hers together  Roll Eyes
I thought I lost somebody. Then I checked my notes.

This sure has been a whirlwind of a tornado swap  Grin But I have enjoyed the ride like a roller coaster. And learned a few things in the process. The last few pieces will be on their way. Off to craft on them  Wink

~T

Edit to add: gala_apples goes tomorrow...sushipanda should go then, too. Off to doodle up Panda Monsters. And finish my final piece.  Grin

OK another edit: Has anyone painted with a pencil point? I am using lacquer...and don't want to mess up a good brush. For just a few outlines. So I will let you know how it goes. I don't have the cleaners for the brush. So brain says to me...make do.  Grin That is my style of art.

gala went today...

panda goes tomorrow. I have to guild her up with Testors. And a pencil tip  Cheesy Silly me. Talk about experimental. I will love to see how this one works.

I finished my last pair tonight, so just need to let them dry.  I will mail tomorrow or Friday.

Darn it...I hate my mail people! They never deliver to me when I want them to.  Grin

But glad that members are getting mine for them. The gallery is full of lots of wonderful bits. I am loving all the eye candy popping up there.

Still deciding on final touches for Sushipanda. Then, hair dryer...wax paper...shipped  Wink It looks totally messy, but I like it. It freed me out of my element. A happy little crazy monster. Just a few touch ups...and it shall send.

~T

Another edit: Don't wish to double post.
My last pieces mailed today. And whew...have I learned a lot from this swap. But it has been a fun ride. And drew me out of my depressions. I thank you all for swapping with me, and hope my little works of art give you interesting eye candy in your days of Muse need. NOW WHERE ARE THE REST OF MY PIECES??? Like a kid in the candy store...I can't wait...I will eat it wrapper and all!  Grin

I am obsessed with the purple one.  So much shimmer!  How did you make it?

Thanks Jill, I loved that one, too. I am in love with alcohol inks on photo paper. I dropped different shaded of purple on the photo paper and blew the ink all around. Then I cut out the puzzle piece and stamped it with silver. I thought it turned out nice.

I've had alcohol inks forever, and never got around to using them.  I got rid of some in a swap recently, but I guess I should really try them.  I'm sure I would love them.

LMAO... I'm liking my current theme...but I agree. I think that the next puzzle out will be... "Anything Goes!"  Roll Eyes
These themes are fun! I'm bouncing on the sewing machine this weekend to teach an 8 year old how to sew. And making an "angel" project for a little gal with brain tumors. My girlie Ray, Rey will help me with that. More mermaids  Grin And a denim/tie purse for her.
Then it is back to paper craft for inchie houses  Roll Eyes
Whew...does it get any much better???

Never had great luck with the alcohol inks. They seem to dry up too quick. Went one time for glycerine. The pharmacist acted like I had two heads. Seems that they use that product for making illegal drugs. I showed him my stained fingers, and said...just let me finish my ART!  Cheesy Can we say "frustrated"? Silly me. Glad all my pieces are sent. I hope all members are enjoyng them.

Crap. No more pieces in today  Tongue Patience said the doctor...I need patients.  Grin
Nurse says "Doctor. He fell down going out the door!" Doctor says, spin him around so it looks like he was coming in!"  Grin Silly me...sorry.

Crap. No more pieces today!

Double post...sorry but the old one went stale.

Not sure if I should put this here, but I am.
My May issue of Family Circle has a great idea on page 22. Puzzle Coasters!
I don't know these people, or work for them, and I think their product is too expensive.
I plan to make my own  Grin

But it is interesting all the same. And you can attach several to make a trivet.

boconcept.us for stores...$19 a set.  Roll Eyes I'm pretty sure I can figure something out for cheaper.
