Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.

Just sent my questionnaire. This one looks like fun. I have not done an altered puzzle before...pretty much everything else, though. Should be interesting.

Just sent in my Q. I have a partially finished puzzle from that last swap so this will help fill it out. Last time I was agonizing over covering up the painted puzzle side and then realized that if I just flipped the puzzle over and used the blank back, I was miles ahead. I went to the toy store and purchased a wooden puzzle. Sometimes you can find good sturdy puzzles at a thrift shop as well.

I have to figure out a better system of keeping track of everyone's puzzle pieces! Wouldn't want to mix them up. Maybe put dividers in a big box lid. Hmmm....

My response for that, CM3, would be to just put them back in the envie that you received them in. That way the postal stuff/return address would be right there. And in the mean time while they are drying, or such...make a posterboard squares sort of thing...kind of like giant BINGO...and label the squares for the members with stickie notes. Just some thoughts. I hope to keep good track of mine, too.

I try to keep good notes for my contacts on here, but the user names are so unusual  Grin And this place runs fast!

Another idea I had was to trace the puzzle pattern pieces on the back of the notecard that I plan to send with the puzzle pieces. And include all my user info in the card, too. No mix ups there! Puppy makes it home! Cheesy

My puzzle is ready to ship! And I got your PM, Jill...we shall see.
I have numbered, arrowed, and traced a copy of everything. This should be fun! A bit crazy to keep track of everything, but I tend to be pretty organized. I'm only stressing a little.

Luvebuggy99, I love your puzzle. And really like the theme you chose. It really turned out well with everyone adding bits of their stash. This one will be a fun adventure, for sure. Never thought I would look forward to March  Grin But come on sign ups and partners!

So I only have five pieces left of my current puzzle, so I'm going to have to figure out a theme for my next. I have a few things in the back of my head, but nothing really winning yet.

A question though; any many of you familiar with the show Once Upon A Time? It's my BFF's favourite show, and he's got official merch on his walls, and he wants more, but it's expensive, so an art puzzle would make a good present. Or if not OUAT specifically, do you think you'd be able to do a fairytale peice (since basically every character is a fairytale classic)?

I've always managed to make pieces for shows I don't watch.  Google and Wikipedia make it pretty easy to do.

DH and I are regular watchers of Once Upon a Time, so I could pull it off.

An all-purpose fairy tale puzzle would be so much fun... I may have to do that in a future round!  But for now, mine's going to be Loteria themed.  Grin

So excited for this swap!!
