I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Thank you for all of the sweet comments. She is made with cotton fabric, poly-fil stuffing, faux fur, lace trim, and craft felt. Originally, her feet, hands, and tail were wool felt but turning those skinny pieces proved impossible, even using the two dowel method of turning!

And never fear, Stllatthetop, she has a chenille stem armature and big, poofy pantaloons that provide excellent stability. I use an earth magnet for finding rogue pins and when that misses one, I usually find it in my foot.

I love her little feetsies! Did you use a pattern for this or just make it up? It is simply adorable.

I love her little feetsies! Did you use a pattern for this or just make it up? It is simply adorable.

This pattern is Primrose Woodmouse, (mine is grey because I didn't have brown fur) from Jill Barklem's Brambly Hedge books, the little stories of the mice that live in Brambly Hedge. Sue Dolman created a pattern book for all of the characters called Brambly Hedge Pattern Book that includes all the patterns for the mice. My mother gave me the book a million years ago and I finally got around to using it. The patterns are full size and quick to make.
