My boyfriend & I are planning to turn one of our entertainment rooms in our future place into a Star Wars themed game/hangout room. I have some posters, little action figures but I wanted something crafty, of course, added to it for decoration. I came across a very neat picture of Darth Vader but made out of words. HECK YEAH! I added the photo into a graph software. It came out okay and I followed it but added some of my own touches were I thought needed.

In progress...

I was very happy with the results. Now I just need to find a nice black maybe red frame for it.

Finished project...

Excellent fun seeing this come about. I'm on to my next SW themed cross stitch project.  Grin

Great job!  Must have taken forever.  I think it would look amazing in a red frame.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
It took 6 nights of 3-4 hours after dinner to complete this. Not bad.

I have seen that piece of art before and I thought to myself "that would be pretty bad @$$ to stitch". I never did though because I found it very intimidating.

Yes, it's awesome and looks good and your stitching looks great. But you are kind of a super hero now  Cheesy

Seriously, the words came out very clean and legible. Not an easy feat. Great piece. Congrats.
