So long ago I was inspired to make some of these for myself, and for some reason today got chosen as the day (makes sense, I have a final tomorrow, procrastination time!!).

I made these babies with some (pink) polymer clay, inserted a fixture for hanging them on a chain and popped them in the oven to cure. They then got a layer of matte black paint, then got all beautiful with coats of two of my current favorite nailpolishes. On Her Majesty's Secret Service by OPI and ... Peace, Love & OPI by OPI I think? And then lacquered with a couple layers of my clear top coat.

I love them so freaking much

They look like you used real horn tips!  Great job, love the nail polish color.  It adds some excellent pizzazz!  Plus they look like some sort of mythical creature claws or horns!

Looking to de-stash cross stitch magazines, particularly Cross Stitch Gold or New Stitches?  Please drop me a line!  I'd love to swap or buy some missing from my library!

I thought they were some kind of teeth. They look so twinkly with the glitter! Does it ever wear off, or are they coated again with something to seal them?
