I made this for my grandson who just bought his first house. It is full of mistakes but he should like it. If I ever make another one, I will only use one shade of denim and one pattern insert.

I folded up some back so you could see the four different denims used

OMG it's so beautiful I could cry. All those little tiny pieces, your Grandparent loves you kid!

The bad news: There is no key to happiness.
The good news: It isn't locked.

OMG...OMG...OMG I love it. I rocked you! And Pinned it. And saved the pic on my desktop.
What a wonderful piece of art, magicfan. I can't imagine the time that you put into this piece.
I think I could stare at it for hours!

And yup...denim is a tough devil to deal with...I know your pain. You did a wonderful job with this project. I know grandson will certainly enjoy it.

NEW REQUEST: Need quilting fabric with ONLY purple, grey, green. Solids or Prints in any combination/shades, but NO OTHER COLORS ALLOWED. HELP! They are hard to find.

Denim can be annoying to work with.  But this turned out lovely.  Since this is "faux" cathedral, what method did you use, and did it work well?

I have boxes of vintage piano music.  Some as old as 1890's!  PM me if you'd like some!
