So I was inspired by the different resin projects on this forum and I decided to give it a try and see what I can come up with. I have to say, the first time is not the easiest, nor the second, but the third you start to somewhat get the hang of it. I love painting and I find that smaller scale paintings and drawings are more forgiving so I like the idea that I can place them in these pendants. I haven't wire wrapped them yet or placed them on chains but I'm really excited to wear some of my favorite color combinations that came out.

These are tiny water color paintings with some gold accents that really pop under the resin. I can't wait to try out more layers and fix some of the mistakes I made making the first few. You can click through the pictures if you want some additional information on how I made these. Let me know what you think and if you have any resin tips for a first time user. I found that there aren't as many tutorials as I had hoped for that move past the basics.

Thank you! I think with water color on such a small scale, anything goes.

These are very pretty! You can do so much with it & try different paints too. Can't wait to see what you do next!
