Nice!  You're ahead of me, I've already fallen behind on this year's Lifebook... in fact, I'm still working on 2012!  Can't wait to try this one, though - just bought some spray inks.

You can make your own (lots youtube vids on this) or buy some, there are some by Adirondack and some Dylusions sprays, I used Adirondack because I couldn't find little spray bottles at the time.  I have like 13 ink pad reinkers that I can use to mix with water and make my own sprays if I find enough bottles someday.  Another thing you could do is the reinkers can be dropped onto a plate, and water added and smoosh/splash/drip onto your gessoed work surface.  Watercolors can be utilized in similar ways, as well as watered down acrylics too. I also laid down stencils and spayed over them and used the mask effect in some places as well.
