Beautiful handspun yarn!  I hope you'll come back to this gallery and post your scarf when you make it.

Great stitching as usual kitty kill.  Love the ducks.

That "Every little thing..." sign is amazing and I wish it were mine... but I'm happy it's yours... but I wish it were mine.  You're so lucky to have it!

Finally (sorry for the delay ChameleonHound!), I am posting a picture of my fabulous box of sunshine! It was sitting in the PO while I was on vacation (in the Sunshine State!), and I finally have a moment (and a charged camera battery) to post.

I had a picture of the box with everything all wrapped up in bright yellow tissue (and a piece of fabric) and ribbons, but it seems like I deleted it. But, let me just say, ChameleonHound is a master packer! The box was like a clown car- the items just kept spilling out Smiley

I took a bunch of pics because I couldn't get a great shot of all of it together...

First, a knit scarf that represents the layers of the earth and the atmosphere! We have:
Inner core: white/gray
Outer core: pale yellow
Lower mantle: yellow
Upper mantle: bright yellow
Lithosphere/Crust: brown
Biosphere: green
Troposhpere: Light teal
Stratosphere: Light blue
Mesosphere: Aqua
Thermosphere: Dark teal
Exosphere: Plum

I teach 6th grade science (Earth & Space) so that scarf, and the next item were right up my alley!

A strip of jersey knit fabric painted with a space/galaxy theme! I think I'm going to use this as a scarf, too!

Then, because I just LOVE frogs, I got a reusable sandwich bag and snack bag set (with cool leaf/acorn/maple seed/ladybug fabric and appliqued frogs!). And, a fabulous hand drawn mug (there's a sunflower on the opposite side).

I also got a fabulous hoopla (I think the hooplas have been my favorite item in this swap... I love them all!), and some soaps (wrapped in sunny yellow fabric).

I got some yarn, too! That bright yellow ball is an acrylic/mohair blend- it is so soft! There's also a cute little polymer clay frog (and another soap!).

And, to wrap things up, here are some wood shapes to craft with, orange zinger tea, lavender soap (I do love soap!), a key ring, Play-doh, orange jellies, a hummingbird, a candle (which I just noticed got cut out of the photo), and a beach in a box {paper beach balls, fish stickers, a paper umbrella, a butterfly}, and some maple candies!

Thank you so much ChameleonHound! Coming home to a box of sunshine was a fantastic way to end my vacation, and it made me feel a whole lot better about coming back to the cold and snow Smiley

Kittykill your embroidery skills are perfect, cute duckies!

I love the pompom hoopla and the coil wrapped hotpads too!  Everything is so cute, I'm adding tons of stuff to my to-do list (that is already wayyyy too long!)

It's here!! It's here!

Fisrtly, I was really tickled with how nicely the box was wrapped!  I preserved the pretty taping, and will use this box for things that need a home!

Okay, wonderful contents!
First thing I saw, The sun!!  She sent me the sun! How awesome is that?!
and of course, Goodies! Which I'm sharing with my family.  The husband nearly stole the toblerone bar before I had a chance to take it's picture! And the note pads will come unhandy around here. I'm constantly writing things down so I remember them!
The most perfect mug rug. I love it so!
And a few cute crocheted items - dish/bowl/cozy and a mushroom(that has found a home with my Meadow King that I received in a swap awhile ago. He loves it too) and a lovely little brooch.

And then, I nearly hit the floor. Slippers!!!  I'm not sure what happened in the past few years, I used to be barefoot year round, but my feet have been freezing these past couple of winters. And as such I've found a new love for slippers. Love having another pair!

Thanks so much Sarahelise!! It's been such a fun swap!

Gosh it's amazing to watch everything to up, and hard to keep up! I'm having a kind of blah week, so this gallery is really making my day today.

I love those slippers and that sun! What is the sun made of? Clay? Love it!

The froggy bags are adorable, and the earth/atmosphere scarf is an amazing idea.

Those fabric coiled hot pads and bowl make my fingers itch to craft, like RIGHT now!  Grin
...And so does that handspun sunshine!

The sun is tin! he's so cute/funky. I've stuck him on my hoopla wall, but I think he needs a better home. He doesn't quite look right up there.

I'm so glad those slippers fit, by the way.  I was flying blind because my feet are quite large, so I just went by the pattern size.  Not being able to check the sizing on them was totally killing me.  They look like they fit you really well, though.  When I attempted to put them on my feet, they "sproinged" off.  It was quite amusing.  Smiley
