Woooo Hooo, I am first to receive.  I have just been given a beautiful package of Sunshine by my postman.  Thank you so much Katie  (K Lutz) It has cheered me up no end as I am in agony at the moment nursing a bad back.

Where do I begin?  In my parcel there was the most beautiful yellow and white scarf, I have to keep my back and neck covered in the sun so it will be worn all summer long....  I love it. There is a pack of dishcloths  :-) I shall use them to make bags as it would be a shame to waste them on the dishes.   There are all manner of edible goodies, A pretty silky pouch bag, some Guatemalan worry dolls in their own little bag. The arm warmers are sooo nice and fit like a dream. There are ladybird fridge magnets and some kool aid (I asked for that so I could dye some of my wool) There is a keyring and a lovely pottery ornamanet.  I think it might be a room humidifyer.  I will fill it with scented granules and hang it in Le Crafterie.  Last but very much not least there is a really pretty
bangle.
I cant thank you enough Katie.  xxx

So glad everything arrived safely.  The pottery thing is an ocarina, which is an instrument, but I am sure it would make a great ornament too.

PS I also take back all my grumbling about our postal service... Given how quickly it arrived.

Ooooh it all sounds so lovely!  Kjlutz did you get any brighter pics of the things you crafted before you sent it off?  Maybe it's because I'm viewing it on my phone, but I can hardly see it Sad

I can post some pictures tonight as I did get some, but will need my much more technically savy husband to help me out.

Ooh, lovely goodies! I have my nose pressed up to my screen studying everything -- are those chocolate gold coins? That's a great idea!

Yes they are chocolate gold coins, we had some left from Christmas at the store where I work.

I received a spectacular package from Cherie.  Full of beautiful sunshiny things.  She wrapped everything up so nicely in yellow paper with lots of paper butterflies, it was wonderful to open.  There was a basket that she challenged me to decorate more, a little pincushion that will sit on my finger (such a great idea), a coin purse, a cuff, a little hanging, and the most beautiful stitch markers, and a really fun broach that I am going to pin to my winter coat to chase away the winter greys, and a beautifully packaged chocolate bar (and I hope I didn't forget anything).

Here you can see the plaque, I love the quilled (I don't think I spelled that right) flowers.

Here you can see the coin purse and cuff, both made from poptabs and so awesome.  I love them.

Thank you so much Cherie for being such a fantastic partner.
