I have a ton of paper scraps from other projects. These are too small for anything really but I didn't want to throw them away. They are about 3" x 4" really small.

Paper Scraps

I have some books I needed for non-book related activities and pulled out the text block and glued the scraps and the pages together. I let each one dry in wax paper and under a weight.

I was pretty impatient and took the pages out before they were completely dry. This allowed me to curl the petals of the flowers so that when it actually did dry it would stay that way.

Paper Scraps

Now what do I do with them?

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
You are just like me!
Hmmm. Paper flowers.
Popsickle sticks, or pipe cleaners come to mind. Or other sticks to make an arrangement of sorts.
Stuff them into a glass with aquarium beads, or something similar..to hold them steady. Pistacios.
Another idea is to paste a magnet to the back for the fridge. They would be pretty there.
How about hair bows? Know any little girls who would wreck them all up in a day, but enjoy them all the same?
They look pretty. You could also add them to a journal page  Grin Jump over to that thread, and join us there.

Smile. You did a fine job with your flowers.

Crap. Start at the top of the thread there. We have had a sad time with some members, and I can't figure out how to change it to start at the top. Sorry. But our journals will be pretty again.
We are happy people on this board. Just a bit of a down time.  Roll Eyes
