Averia claimed me for a embroidery kit for my daughter and I received yesterday, or should I say Emily did. I had troubles taking pictures, I tried taking them indoor and outdoor and these were the best, so if you have a better one please post them.

The adorable box itself all stitched up with her name and in her favorite color blue.

All the embroidery stuff inside: adorable bird and dragonfly fabric, hoops, floss, a needlebook, needles, scissors, buttons, sewing thread, measuring tape, a seam ripper and a tomato pincushion. She was so excited to see she now has her own tools to work with. Averia also sent an extra black paper notebook that Emily has been having fun doodling in already.

Emily couldn't wait to get started with her kit and used one of the hoops and the fabric to embroider around one of the little birds.

It is perfect and we love it! Thanks so much Ave!

What a wonderful kit!  I can see a future craftster in the making....nice job on the first embroidery!  Mom, make sure to date it so that she can have it as a memory piece of her first!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone, it has made Emily's day! Ave, she read your message and squealed, you will definitely be receiving one next claim. Wink Cheesy

She has actually made a few before, I have her first one she tried with felt when she was about 5. She made a Despicable Me one for the kids swap last year and a couple after and really enjoyed it so I thought she would love an embroidery kit of her own.

And guys you should she a close up of the embroidery Averia did on the kit, it is beautiful. I have tried to take some close ups of it today but this is the best I could do.

I received from the very generous pinkleo yesterday but no pictures to post. She claimed me for patterns and sent me these patterns from my list

hideaway pattern http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/fairy-hideaway
mandrake pattern http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/mandrake

She also sent me an etsy gift card for some more! I can't wait to get started on these patterns and I still need to figure out what others to get. Thanks so much pinkleo!  Grin
You are so very welcome! And I think I may have to add a mandrake stuffie to my wishlist Wink Grin

Gah! Guys! I am so sorry I've been slacking in the picture posting party!

I received the coolest charm bracelet from SheepBlue. I am wearing it right now and it is making me so happy!

Also, she sent me some hoops and awesome aida cloth in different colors. Thank you SO much!  Kiss
