After a looooong day at the hospital with my hubby and a trek around the City I got home this evening to a wonderful package of hearts from my Commonwealth cousin in sunny Australia,Bec99  Grin

My apologies for the rubbish pics,it was dark when we got home.

This one is my favourite

I love how those are done!  I think I am going to try that...the yellow one is quite bright and happy...no wonder it is your favorite...I like it, too!

I received from Beeker!

Check it out!

She stuffed the box full of hearts!  She felted two of them, burned into a baby gourd with a beautiful design, burned into a wooden heart with an awesome coffee saying, and made some melted wax hearts that I can't wait to take into my classroom!  Plus, there were lots of colorful construction paper hearts that came spilling out as well! Love it!

Thank you Beeker!

Sarahelise and I received each other's hearts on the same day! So sorry the clay pieces broke in transit - although its surprising that it happened symmetrically.

I am in love with the package she sent me, here it is! (my pictures are sideways but i suppose it doesn't make a huge difference here)

first, the package itsself was wrapped with lots of love!

Each gift was wrapped in heart printed valentine bags, so adorable

And the crafts were amazing and clearly made with love, mostly inspired from my pinterest heart page (glad I whipped that together!)

the big heart is clay or plaster, I think, and has lacey motifs embedded into it. LOVE
The garland is crochet, and directly from a pinterest fancy
The knitted stuffed anatomic heart is my favorite. So soft and cozy and well stitched, and beautiful!!!

thankyouthankyou Sarahelise!
I'm very inspired by this swap and my swap partner. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's heart-shaped packages in this gallery. Happy V-days!

Yay!  I'm so glad you like everything!  The clay heart is DIY cold porcelain.  It was my first time trying it and I was really happy with how it came out... I've made four more since!  And the knitted anatomical heart has been on my queue for a long time, but I've been too nervous to try it, and it's maybe my favorite thing I've ever made.

If I had a needle and thread, fine as I could sew, I'd sew my true love to my side, and down the creek

I've mailed out today  Smiley

and whilst I'm here I wanted to share my hearts on display along with more Craftster hearts

I've yet to hang the ones I've made myself apart from the denim one.

I adore every heart posted so far and would have been happy to receive any of them!
