Just in case it's missed on the other thread: I have just done feedback for everyone who has posted pictures and has had pictures posted of their package to their partners! Let me know if anything is wrong!

I think I'm going to try to create a goodreads list to go with our swap. I'll also post it here for anyone without goodreads.

I have been diving back into some old favorites since starting this swap and today I had a major epiphany...REDWALL. Did anyone else read these fantastic books? I realized as soon as my work called to tell me that we would be closing early and I didn't have to come in that I wanted...nay, needed, to get some tea and re-read Redwall by Brian Jacques.

I don't remember reading Redwall but I do remember it being a popular book when I was younger. Funny thing is I just barely (like last week) picked it up at my local thrift store!

Sorry you had to go do it all again Goldfishpollywog.
Is Redwall the one with the mouse and ferrets and all that cuteness (well, beside the war thing)?

I've been curious about the Redwall books for the longest time. I just saw them at the thrift store the other day. I think I may go back and pick them up.  Smiley

It's fine Gozer, I just wish I was a bit faster at crafting.

I loved the Redwall books as a kid - lovely worldbuilding and especially mouth-watering food. I had a whole shelf of them. I re-read them a couple of years ago and still found a lot to like, which is often not the case with childhood favorites. Smiley

(Note: even if the characters are fluffy, the stories often aren't. If you are sensitive to stories where people are vilified solely due to their race (i.e. all rats are cunning, vicious, and evil) please read with your own self-care in mind. As a kid I didn't care but I must admit as an adult I was uncomfortable in a couple of places.)
