The daughter of our good friends, who we are very close to, is turning 16 and her party is today.  I couldn't figure out what to make and/or purchase for her until this morning.  She plays the violin at church and in a string orchestra and I remembered I had some fabric that would make a perfect pouch for her - whether it be for makeup or school - and so I set about trying a new pattern this morning.  Now that I've made it once, the next one won't take as long.  I'm happy with it and hope she will like it as well.  The pouch is about 9" long and 5" tall.

I made the inside purple and if you look closely, you can see my personal label, which just arrived on Friday.

Abi and her Mom and her Grandma all liked the fabric too and wanted to know where I'd purchased it but I've had it in my stash for almost 10 years so I have no idea.

Cute bag! I bet she loved it.

Where did you get your labels from? I have been looking for something like that for my stuff.

Thanks!
