I'm so glad I clicked this!  Just last week I used some sprinkles on cupcakes and was reminded why I rarely do: they don't taste good.  Now that I know I can make some with flavoring, I might go on a binge!  I already have several of the small round tips from a sugar skull making party I hosted several years ago.  WOO!

Great!  And yes, these taste so much better.  Once I made a banana flavored batch (just bought a banana flavoring bottle from the spice section of the local grocery store) and used bright yellow food coloring. Those were fun!  My store had lots of flavorings, strawberry- coconut- peppermint- lemon -on and on......Those little flavor bottles are not exactly all natural though, so you just have to use what you are comfortable with.

Good luck!  Hope you make some.  Cheesy

I have quite a collection of these same flavors from ice cream making!  I even got some at the big Asian grocery one time.

Someday I am certain I will!

Coolest thing ever!   I might have to give this a try, by letting my boyfriend do it.  This could be an excellent way of keeping him busy if I am baking something!

Looking to de-stash cross stitch magazines, particularly Cross Stitch Gold or New Stitches?  Please drop me a line!  I'd love to swap or buy some missing from my library!
