It's the first time it happens to me in 40 packages, so I guess yours is probably fine, Mandy!!

I got the most beautiful Goddess Shrine from Heather (craftypuppymom). Very toughfull and not overcrowded.

without the doll and knitted leaf to see the beautiful image Smiley The chains had fallen, so I glued it back. I was actually relieved it was just that, because it made the whole package sound like something was broken!!

The lovely corn doll! and The knitted clover! and a lavender sachet! and a led candle. Genious! I could easily had to it too!
She was thoughtfull enough to make it closed, so the kids will be less tempted to touch!! (it's hard to open too!)
Thank you so much! I love it, love the color of it and it's now displayed in my craft room Cheesy

And there's what I had made that was lost:

tiny matchbox Imbolc shrine with a silver moon, two wool lambs in the background, a seed, a candle and a tiny Brighid doll.

Loving all these shrines!  Each one is so unique  Cool

I received my shrine from Wulf the other night and I am in love with it!  Here's a few pictures of my shrine to Blodeuwedd, the maiden of the Welsh Triple Goddess ... Flower Face Smiley

Why do these pictures turn out so small?  I thought I uploaded them big?!  Anyway, the second picture shows the shrine by the window so you can see that the moon in the background is see through ... awesome!

And some wonderful extras ... since my internet has been mostly "down" for a week, I was able to read the book instead of play time wasting games  Tongue  Can't wait to have time to read more about the tarot.  I had a deck in the past that appeared in a bad dream once, so I hid them away - never learned how to read them!  Hoping this deck will work out better for me  Grin

Thanks so much, Wulf!  I love her!  She will look amazing next to my Cerridwen from a previous swap!  And ... just need to add, despite the weather, this is the fastest I've received anything from Canada  Cool

The blue and silver shrine is gorgeous.  So sad about the package that got broken; the goddess figure is very interesting. I like the shrine with the niches. The Blodeuwedd shrine is fascinating, I love that you can see through it.  Smiley

Awww so sorry Maman Sad Your tiny shrine was so cute!  I have had two packages turn up missing, one was within the US and one was to Mexico.  They never showed up at all, just missing  Embarrassed  I only had pictures of one too, so that doubley sucked.

I love the ability to add to the shrine craftypuppymom sent as well Smiley

Wulf the shrine you made is so cool! I love how the Moon glows in the light!

So sad about the postal carnage, though I guess we can be grateful to USPS that they managed to salvage some of it, and got it to the right address in the end. (With remarkably little delay, considering what must have happened.)

I love your shine, craftypuppymom. And what great extras, especially the knitted clover leaf! The glass front is a good idea, even if you don't have small children - less dusting. I had intended to put a window on the front of the Blodeuwedd shrine, but it made the flowers all squished, so I had to take it out again. I'm a bit ashamed to see that the Tarot card I hid among the flowers (The Empress) cuts off the edge of the moon. How could I not have noticed that? Angry I could easily have moved it over a bit. But the owl looks great in your photos! I hope you have better luck with these Tarot cards - they're quite beautiful, and incorporate both traditional Golden Dawn symbolism and lots of other flower and herbal lore.

I hope your package arrives soon, Monnie. It's cruel to make you wait so long.

Wulf
