My question is: Do you notice most people left message in less message to the new people coming in when they are done their project on knitting project?

My own answer the question:

This need to respect to new people to leave comments to let them know more easy way than just look at the project when they are done project. Also not only that... They only leave older members people to more reply comment than the new people coming in here.

What is your answer the question... Please write the question to this question.

Hi Photographer!
Sorry it took awhile to respond but wanted to try to make sure I understood your question.

Think what you're asking,  if people who have been members along time get more posts than new members. Is that correct?

Craftster is a big site and there are lots of projects that get posted everyday. Sometimes projects, from old and new members, get overlooked. This is not intentional, I assure you.

We even made a thread for projects that get missed:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=427870.0#axzz2r9PmBxiI

Here on Craftster we love seeing projects from everyone, no matter if they have a lot or little post counts. Seeing projects from all sorts of people and crafts as well. Those things are just some of the great parts of the site. Diversity! Smiley

Sorry if you feel your projects have not been noticed. It was not intentional, and I personally look forward to seeing more of your posts. Smiley

Let me know if I or any of the other mods can help you further.

Who posts a project is the very last thing I look at when I notice a project.  I skim through Newest Projects and Recent with Pictures.  If a photograph grabs my attention, I pursue it further.

I love the thread HSG linked!  There are so many amazing projects here.

HSG and sweets4ever- Thanks for your answer to my question. I know how great my question. Thanks for move to here. I am still new here.

I am understand what people like to post on older members than new people. Maybe you and your teams on craftster need to suggest what going on this forum with new people. Idea almost same to Newest Projects and Recent with Pictures. My idea is New people in new project more notice than what you done in 2013. This a new year to do suggest with your team members with this idea (New people in new project) or just create other board with that title so more people will notice the new people coming in so made them feel more better to have couple reply their topics.

Don't feel badly, sometimes projects I personally like the best don't get many reply posts.
Other things I whipped together for fun or for a gift on a deadline get a boatload of posts.

I don't look at who posted the thread, I look at the little preview picture before clicking and replying.  It's more about the project than the person who created it.

That is a neat idea, maybe if craftster did some sort of New Member focused challenge?

Looking to de-stash cross stitch magazines, particularly Cross Stitch Gold or New Stitches?  Please drop me a line!  I'd love to swap or buy some missing from my library!

Listessa - Yeah, It is came into my mind to share the idea for the team of craftster on here. I am thinking they are still suggest this idea and working on this new idea for new members to write on topics so more people can have reply to the new people.

Actually, we have some things created specifically for new members.  Smiley

New Member Introductions

There are frequently swaps for new members, too. As someone mentioned above, pictures are often what gets a project noticed initially. So try to take the best image possible of your project. Smiley
