Thanks again everyone!  We've added a few things already.  I'll try to update soon! :-)

How funny. This is exactly what I had planned on doing with my cubes. lol  I love the way yours came out. We wanted to put our Blythes in the doll house and make cute furniture. She is older now so I think that window has been shut for us now.

I love this!!! I'm so glad I came across it because I have been thinking about doing something similar to make a Super Hero high rise for my son's action figures. You did a great job! I love the touch lights you added too. So cute!

Thanks, monochromaticcuteness!

P_E_S_T - Hmmm, the dining room is still in need of some love, so...maybe?  What would such a thing look like?  :-)

This is lovely! A great unexpected use of a household object.  It seems like the best part is the memories created by working on it together.  Smiley

Super cute idea.  You did a great job!

Great project!  Shelving units make great custom doll abodes.  I particularly liked the rooftop garden, as that's not something I've ever seen done before.

I'd like to try my hand at making a doll house, from scratch, someday, but I don't know if ever will.  I picked up a 2003 Fisher Price Loving Family "Classic" doll house from a local thrift store for $5 recently, so, that will have to sate my dolly dwelling needs for the time being.

That is so cute!  Too bad I don't have a little girl of my own to make one for.
