I made this for my best friend, we both love IT, so I made a custom with a cheap doll. It was a hard work but I'm so happy with the result Smiley

From this...

To this!

Ok, let's start with the tutorial! Cheesy

First, we need a cheap doll, just in case we don't like the result, and a doll without hair will be the best option.

But my doll had a beautiful blond hair, so the first thing we need to do is to cut the hair. As you can see, the head has small holes for the hair, so I needed to cut the head on the top and remove the hair from inside.

Pennywise the clown has a huge forehead, so I need to cover the holes. I found a wall repair paste in my dad's workshop, so I used it to cover the holes.this pic is a bit creepy, isn't it?

Remove the eyelashes and paint the eyes in brown color.

when everything is dried, we can paint the face and hands in white. Doing gloves would be a nightmare, so I decided to paint the hands. I use acrylic painting, and lost the count of the layers of white paint...

I made the nose with clay, and it's time for make up  Kiss
It was hard to me make the black lines, because my pulse is terrible, but I think it looks fine.

New eyes Smiley

And time for clothes. I made the clothes with the sewing machine. I didn't make a pattern, just size and cut, and for the sleeves and collar I painted some purple lines in the blue fabric.
I made the vest with black felt. I painted the felt with a glitter polish for nails, and I love the result.

I made the hair with the faux fur I use for my plushies. I glued the hair to the head and gave him some touches with hairspray.
And also painted some balloons in the box... because, you know, they all float down here...  Grin

And it's done! I hope my friend loves it, and if not... she can send it back to me, I don't mind  Cheesy

And a creepy shot Wink

What an amazing Pennywise! Seriously Amazeballs!

I would love to know how you customize a doll. This sounds like so much fun.

Now excuse me while I go clean myself up since I peed in my pants a little bit XD

Yikes! When I read IT, I was up more nights than I care to admit. Your version of Pennywise is spot on.

I tried to read IT 11 years ago, and only could read the first chapter... now I'm trying again and I'm in the page 90, so I think I can do it... haha
