Yeah I took the pic inside at night so the colors aren't quite true...

Your layout looks great regardless of whether or not the colors are true to life. I'm hoping to start work on my tops later this month once school is over and I'm not being called to sub all the time.

Carol--you put us to shame!  I have got to finish my quilts from this round and a few others!  All those blocks aren't doing me any good if I don't finish them!

Your quilts are so lovely!  It is nice to know you can put them together so nicely!  I had to go look at my gallery because I forgot what I made! Grin

Any chance you guys will be doing another quilt swap this year? I know I just joined today... but once I meet the requirements I would be thrilled to be active in a swap. I did this once before on a forum and everything I worked on and sent away never came back to me.

We made a center square and the next person added to it. Well I worked on three and then never got the 4th and my original center never made it back. It was so disappointing. Clearly that doesn't happen here and honestly, that's really exciting.

I am working on putting together my quilt blocks from all of these swaps before I join in the next one...this is one of my favorite swaps of all time because everyone does a fabulous job and it makes each quilt unique!

I hope you will join us lonelygamerwife!!  We have a blast!

There are always flakers, and I've been flaked on many times on craftster as well - you can always be unlucky. But we've been blessed in this swap so far I think Wink And since we send by different rules, if someone DOES flake, you'll feel the impact less, since you'll still most likely receive from the rest of your group! (also we try to use swap angels if someone gets flaked on)

In this swap, at least you can use what you do receive, even if it is not a complete set...knock on wood when I say this, but quilters make great swappers...Grin.
