Ages ago I saw an eyeball beret, and I have finally gotten around to making my own version! It was easy to make; I just crocheted a circle and then a ring and sewed them together. I made the ring slightly larger than the circle so I could have some pleats and therefore extra slouchyness at the bottom.



Overall I'm pretty happy with it although I think I could have chosen a less subtle pink for the veins. *shrug* Oh well! ^____^

Could you sew a fine red thread over the veins to highlight them? Looks good anyhow!

When I saw the thumbnail I totally though, oh I hope she wanted that to look like an eyeball because it totally does. I'm so glad I was right! This is marvelous.
