i've been painting shoes with acrylics for some time, and i'm happy with my process, however . . .

i've been commissioned (by a very sure-minded teenage girl) to paint a pair of black toms.  she has specific requests that will require a fine or extra fine tip white paint pen.  i know from experience that there are several pens that do not work (bleeding, soak into the fabric, oil paints leave oil spots, etc) and i'd like to not spend $30 trying a multitude of pens to find the one that works.

so, please, if anyone has some suggestions, i'd love to hear them.

thanks,
jo
