Lovely, that1girl! It looks like a nice lap blanket size, and the colors are just great!

I love your color palette! Your kitty seems to be pretty happy with the blanket too! : )

I started my blankie too!

I had a hard time, trying to start everything from scratch in Germany, without any Internet access. The Aussie pattern used double treble, the similar pattern from Simply Crochet (a British magazine, but I bought the Dutch version) used only treble. Not to mention the battle that I faced with the raised stitches... I settled on using just trebles, because I sort of dislike double trebles. And I cannot seem to crochet them neatly enough.

But, I did it, and I'm currently stitching round 8. Technically that's the last one of the given pattern, but it is so repetitive that I won't have any problems making it bigger and bigger.

I'm using the new DMC yarn btw, and so far, so good. A pic will follow soon!

And quickly, my picture!

I have now finished the blue round, and am starting on another pink round. The colours are my sister's doing, although they are some of my favourites.

Lilibet, it's looking good! I really like the vibrant colors, too. And, kudos to you for working through such an "international" pattern!
