Is anyone else having trouble with the post stitches and seeing the next color through the post? I keep having to pull down (up??) the wool to hide the stitch.
All the ones I've seen have the color showing through...I always found it as part of the charm, giving a nice transition between colors.  You could do this pattern without back post stitches.  You wouldn't have the ridges, but it would still be lovely.

@craftADDchick Thanks! Grin

This is what the afghan would look like without the back post stitches ... Hope this helps.

I'm loving this topic, and I want to thank you gues for keeping me motivated indirectly. I'm currently finishing a stacking toy that I should have finished in September. Just can't wait to start this pattern!
