Thanks! It's just about the size of the top of my (queen size) bed.

devilduck, your ghan looks amazing and cozy Smiley

Thanks! It's very cozy and warm, it's been a little tough to work on it some days as the weather here is really warming up but whenever it cools down I get as much done as I can. : )

Devil duck OMG so gorgeous! Love, love, love the colors you chose!! I am planning on making one for my queen sized bed, I love that you did yours as a rectangle.

I'm finally finished! I'm really happy with the way it turned out and that it's finished! Thanks for all the support and kind words I have received here, I appreciate it. It was great to participate in the CAL it really helped me to stay motivated to finish the blanket. In a couple of days it will be on its way to Oregon. Yeah!!

Solitair, can you tell me what pattern you exactly used? It's the one that I want to use as well, but I get confused so easily.

And, uhm, can someone help me out with 'Australian' terminology? How different is it from UK or US terminology? I'm planning on starting this pattern in Germany (got my yarn ready) and I don't have any Inet access over there. I want to take all information with me, and be totally prepared.

Devilduck, you did an awesome job!

DevilDuck-Love it!

Lilibet - I used these written instructions - http://sarahlondon.wordpress.com/2009/08/25/wool-eater-instructions/ along with this video showing the stitches - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x745ZeNbVFM. I hope that helps you out!

Here is a chart I found with US vs. UK/AUS terms, I hope it helps.  http://amysodyssey.wordpress.com/amygurumi/crochet-stitch-comparison-chart/
