I received my package from Lindy last night, and after a very long day at work it was such a treat to come home to!

I knew she was going to send me a pair of embroidered hoops and they came out even better than I could have hoped! I love her choice of colors for these guys.

The next thing I encountered was some fun embroidery supplies (you can never had enough!) and some funky jewelry that I love! I'm wearing the raven skull necklace right now.

The big item she sent my way was this INCREDIBLE Crown Royal pump bottle. I've been wanting one of these for a long time to gift to a good friend of mine who is very hard to shop for. I know it'll be perfect (because that is indeed her choice of drink)!!

And in the bottom of the box, looking so innocent, were these flippin' awesome cards!!!! I know that any future swap partner that gets one of these is going to love it and treasure it as much as I do.

Thank you so much Lindy for agreeing to swap with me. We'll have to do it again in the future  Grin

Awesome jewelry!  Clever pump bottle, and I really do love the cards, especially the foxes.  And as always, your embroidery is stellar!

Okay, those hoops are awesome!

I recently did a private swap with Abbeeroad for a spirit doll. I received the doll she made me and it is wonderful. I love the crazy-quilt look. She is holding a little nest with three eggs (for my kiddos). Her "feet" consist of a brass button and a wooden bead and she is topped with a cute little flower on her head. Thank you Abbeeroad, I love her!

Yay! So happy she made it safely to you artsycandice!

I received my awesome spirit doll from artsycandice as well! Behold:

Here are some close ups:

And a pic of her hanging:

She incorporated almost all my themes Live Aloha, motherhood, and the little laughing Buddha is the perfect touch!

The sides are couched (not sure right terminology) and turn into the hanging strings full of charms that jingle beautifully.

Thanks so much for inviting me to swap with you after I missed sign ups. You are a talented crafter with a great heart!

But, I have been enjoying the beautiful and meaningful dolls!

I love the different techniques and ideas...both are just gorgeous and personal...

I am so glad she made it (mostly) safely. Cheesy It looks like she did receive a scuff on her nose though! I suppose that is expected with motherhood, we end up with a scuff or two that are battle wounds of love. Cheesy

Oh, I didn't even notice the scuff! She is beautiful with it and it suits her! Cheesy
