Did you plan to use the same colors? The pale wood frames with mostly white/cream and blue and green accents.

Hah, no we didn't plan it; it was coincidence. We do seem to have overlaps in our tastes and preferences so it isn't too surprising we ended up this way. Mine looks great hanging in my workshop!

I know I am very, very late! But I had my annual private Mini Halloween swap 2013 with monkey_girl and wanted to share the awesome stuff:

Day one:

creepy stationary. I ecspecially love the pencil case

Day two:

a bunch of fingerless gloves. I already received some in last years swap but it is always great to have a decent variety, right?! Plus black nail polish. My favourite are the rainbow striped ones.

Day three:

Some hoops. I love the kittie ones. I hung them over the scratching post.. Grin

Day four:

"A few things to add a touch of Halloween for my wardrobe"

Day five:

A cross stitched hoop. Design is by her boyfriend. Talented, right?!

Day six:

a wee pouch filled with crafty bits and pieces. In my oinion you can never have enough of that  Wink

Day seven:

She includes a craft book every year. This time I got a steampunk one. I am not very much into steampunk but this book has a lot of inspiration.

Day eight:

An "attachable" fake fur collar plus two brooches (skull one by her boyfriend)

Day nine:

Some beauty product (that I seem to be allergic to although theyre natural, damn) in a pouch, felted soaps and mirror stickers (reusable, yeah!)

Day ten:

Creepy kitchen stuff. Handmade coaster, straws and glasses

Day eleven:

Was "boyfriend" day. He got laces, a patch and a vintage horror book (I stole the patch, bf is not into bold colors, or colors at all...weirdo  Grin)

Day twelve:

A pouch, some badges and a reversible headband. Those kittie and ghost badges are funny because our cat usually sits in the middle of the room starring into the air and we often joke: look she is talking to her ghost friends.

Day thirteen:

Sorry, no photo. But it was a lantern, a yo yo and a printed framed canvas
I think I also got a twinkie chan crochet book but also no pic, Sorry!

I was fun as usually and I am looking very forward to this years loot! Thanks monkey_girl!  Smiley

Victoria Kamalova, my friend, you are amazing.  This painting of our dear Dewey touched our hearts!  Victoria was working on this before something tragic occurred last week, we had to put Dewey to sleep.  When I received this I cried.

Also, she sent me three great atc's and a cool book from the Hermitage Museum!

Dear Dawn! Thanks for the kind words. I like trading (personal swapping) with you so much! Sorry to know about Dewey. It is my dog too because I put a bit of my heart in the canvas.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Dewey. He looked to be a happy steam punk kind of guy. I recently received my beloved Jose kitty in the 'Craft My Pet' swap, embroidery style. It tore my heart out, too. But the memories of her are wonderful. And the embroidery captures her good, as well. rantyhippie made it for me.

And today it is my turn to thank Dawn because I got a lovely pkg from her.
Just look!

There are a lot of presents - a magazine, a cat canvas, a card, a magnet, 3 ATCs.
Best of all I like the canvas so much! It is in my kitchen now. There I have some cat pics and I am happy to have a new one.
I love all the ATCs - they are in Dawn style. I love it so much.
The magnet is on my fridge where I have my small magnet collection.
Thanks Crafster for giving me such a creative friend.
Thank you Dawn. Some more words about our canvases. They have similar colors. We had common ideas)
