I am taking a quick snack break, but as soon as I am done, I'm heading up to copy a file so I can upload it to my instructor. Then, my course will be done and I can craft guilt-free this weekend (mostly... short quiz and those peky writing assignments still need grading... but they will be quick!). Saturday will be my craft day! Hooray!

The choices you make today determine the choices you will have tomorrow.

I'm getting there! Halfway done on a couple of projects, and I have to dig through some things to find other surprises to add to the box...

..but I'm finding the Olympics opening ceremony really distracting! Smiley

Whatever happened to the ongoing hoopla swaps?

Grrr.... I had my day all planned out to get major work done on this swap and of course my plans were changed.  I just found out I'll have my adorably sweet (but incredibly high maintenance) granddaughter for most of the day.  Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with her but I'm so in the mood for a day of sunny crafting.  Fingers crossed that her dad kept her up too late last night and she will sleep for a couple of hours when she gets here so I can sneak off to the craft room for at least a little while. Still working away in lovely shades of yellow  Smiley

I'm not attached to your world, nothing heals, nothing grows... we used to love ourselves, we used to love one another.

life is no cabaret- we don't care what you say, we're inviting you anyway, you mf'ers, you'll sing someday!

Still working on my projects too! Just ended my third week at Uni and I'm like "My goodness why am I so tired???" Just realized that my Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are usually 17 hour work days for me. No wonder I've been slow going!  Sad

Still pushing through though. I love working with so much yellow. We've got ice so bad in NJ, it's starting to support my full weight when I walk on it. Which is scary because I'm a big girl!
