Here is a vest I made for my daughter tonight - just needs the snaps to keep it closed!

If anyone is interested, I will try to figure out where I got the pattern. Off the top, I think it was from Youcanmakethis.com, but I'd have to look.

thanks for looking! C&C appreciated!

Edited to add: Yep - from YCMT - here is the link for anyone interested. Great pattern, easy to follow - can make it with a hood or collar, zipper or snaps . . . https://www.youcanmakethis.com/products/great-outdoors-reversible-vest

Very cool animal fur vest, and I love the owl print interior lining too!  That's an interesting choice, as cats and birds usually have a predator/prey relationship (I'm assuming the exterior is meant to be that of one of the great cats?).

Ha! Hadn't thought of that.  Not sure what the animal is supposed to be,  but the owl is her school mascot,  so that's the reason behind that choice. Smiley

Don't mind me, whenever I see spotted fur my brain always start making kitty associations.  There are spotted owls, so it could just as easily be perceived as feather down from one of those too (which would make more sense in the context of the interior pattern anyway).  I'm sure your daughter will love her fuzzy new vest!
