so with all this snow Ive been wanting to make some snow ice cream lately. does anyone have a good recipe? over the years mine always seems to be really liquidy or too sweet. and does anyone know how to preserve it!? every time i pop it in the freezer to try to save some for later and it just turns to a frozen hockey puck and becomes completely unappealing to eat Cry

We used to make this when I was a kid!  As I recall, it was a cup of half and half, about a half cup of sugar, a splash of vanilla mixed with snow to the consistency you want.  I don't remember ever having enough left over so have no clue how to preserve it.  Have fun!

I don't know about snow ice cream, but me and my girls make snow slushies!  Just pack clean snow into a cup, and add juice to it and mix.  Tastes like the slushies you can get at the 7-11.
