There's a mouse in my pocket!

This is a fun lap size/crib quilt that I made from a charm pack and some yellow yardage.  I started by making HSTs from the charm squares and solid, then laid the pieces out in a spiral extending out from an offset pinwheel.  The back of the quilt has a pinwheel set in directly behind the pinwheel on the front.

I really like the way it pinwheels in the middle, I've seen a lot of quilts with a similar design (spiral HST) but not sure I've seen that detail, I love it!

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.
