Here's some pictures of the presents I sent to LadybugsandBumblebe es ...

The full apron ...

I was looking for fabric with just bumblebees but this was all they had - I'm pretty sure it's made just for teachers!

A zippered pouch ...

Thought I'd use up some ladybug fabric from a recipe book I made her last year ... been meaning to try a pouch for years now, finally gave it a try.  Grin

And headbands ...

Again, using up the fabric.  I kept telling myself that I needed new headbands for some reason, forgetting that I already had some (old age?!)  - I have about 10 unused black headbands now.  (And I got a haircut and don't use them anymore!)  Thought I'd use some up.  I thought they might be fun to use in the classroom  Grin

Glad you liked everything, Barbara!  I always love making things for you cuz I love all your themes too.  Who doesn't love ladybugs and bumblebees?!

I wore the headband to work yesterday, and kept on bending down and pointing to my head and saying to my students:  "Look at what I'm wearing!"  They are used to my craziness, but I think even then they thought I was crazy!  But no matter, I thought I was styling!  Cheesy

Such cute things! You did a great job, phnxreign99.

Slight confusion (by me) at the post office yesterday, so I didn't get leighi123's package mailed till today. They tell me it should arrive by Friday. I really enjoyed crocheting it! Hope you like it, leighi123.

Doing some sewing tonight!

I also see that someone likes Hello Kitty, and I have some spare hk fabric from an outfit I made, so I'll probably make another claim soon!

First off, let me wish aunty.hela a belated happy birthday ... (it was on the 24th)

Happy Birthday, Haley!!
Hope it was a great one - the big 2-0  Cool

Secondly ... I got leighi123's package in the mail on Friday, so hopefully it will arrive on Monday.

We've got packages being sent and packages being received so let's be sure post when things are received and post pictures as soon as possible!

Happy Crafting everyone  Grin

I can't wait for the people I sent to to receive!

On a side note, DS brought me to this nifty little tea shop in Brooklyn today (I needed to buy some for another swap I'm in.) and they had BIRTHDAY CAKE TEA!  I'm not really a tea drinker, but I just HAD to buy some!   Cheesy

He was so amazed when we opened the box, it was funny to watch him!    The bright colors suit him, he is pretty much always dressed in crazy colored mommy-made outfits like what he is wearing in the pic, so having a colorful snake wrapped around his neck totally suits him Smiley
