I love the fabric too. I actually bought it a few years ago to make my Mom a laptop cozy, with an extra yard or so because I liked it so much, so now all of her tech covers will match Smiley

When I went to go box everything up I decided my Dad gift card was way to boring so I crafted up a little envelope with some paper scraps.

I just made two art totes for a swap using ONLY stash!!!  I was so tempted to go out and buy new fabrics, but I stuck to my guns!

Now, I just have to put everything back since I rummaged through boxes of fabric to find pieces that went together... Grin.

I joined up to take part in a quilt course on craftsy - wanting to do the 2012/2013/2014 and the goal is to NOTHING for the project except for the backing, so we'll see how that goes.

I have a sash to make and will use some satin and iron on transfer paper
I want to make 8 mardi gras type buttons from shrink plastic so I should be able to use up 2 sheets of shrinky dink paper
I have to put the straps on 4 gift bags, so that will use 4 meters of webbing

not sure it fits the theme, but getting stuff gone is good.
Hope to get February pics up later this week.

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

I'm working on a quilt too.  I'll have to buy batting and backing, but I think with some creative cutting everything else can be from stash.

Stash slipper socks, they're actually turquoise not pale blue  Smiley I need to make a few more pairs as I like to wear them when I'm working my house cleaning job.
Messed up the holey pattern a bit but considering what I wear them for it didn't bother me enough to frog them.
They're knitted flat and seamed up the front & were a really quick knit.

Kookaloo_Starr your socks look super comfy.

I decided to listen to my own advice and tackle a larger project. I have no idea why I had this much red jersey in my stash, but it's been there for years. I am going to blame it on a shopping therapy session during college. I used well over 2 yards and still have about a yard left. I modified a pattern in my stash, yay I used a pattern! I have about a dozen patterns and have only used a few of them.

I conveniently decided to leave the skirt edge raw because I ran out of thread right when I finished the tops hem. Overall very happy with it, now it just needs to warm up.

I need to vent to people who actually will understand my frustration... In Oct we let this friend move into my art room because we wanted to help and could use the money...everything I have art wise had to be moved and I had only just gotten the room organized and was getting ready to start on the garage.
My lovely art supplies are stacked in the garage, in drawers, in bins in my closet.
I really can't craft at all, partly because I can't find stuff, partly because I have no space and partly from frustration.
I am desperate to tell him to leave, this stress isnt worth $250 a month. I want to cry when I think of the work I will be doing when I finally get to put that mess that used to be my wonderfully organized supplies back.
Thank you for letting me vent...when he moves I will be destashing a lot because that money would have bought a lot of supplies but it will be worth it.
Here is a few pics of a small portion of the art supplies now
