I received TWO packages today! Whoo hoo! Double the awesome mail goodies. Grin

First, from anna.wahnsinn I got an awesome book, "One Yard Wonders," a black lace "cami band" and some beads! The book is big with tons of ideas and a whole section of ready-to-use patterns too! For someone with a sewing machine and aspirations of learning how to do it but very little results so far, this will be a lot of help!

I had a hard time trying to get an action shot of the cami band. Turns out it's hard to photograph your own waist. LOL Basically, you can wear it to help when a shirt is a little too short, or even if a shirt is a little too low cut, etc. I was trying to get a photo of it under my shirt to show but neither is a great shot:

It's perfect though. A pretty black lace and fits just right!

Thank you anna.wahnsinn!

---------

Next up is some art from rockmygypsysoul She made me TWO pictures of my favorite flower: daffodils!

The first one is a really pretty blue background with daffodils in a vase. The second is more abstract and more stylized piece.

I need to find some frames and I'll be adding them to my wall-o-craftster art! Grin

Thank you rockmygypsysoul!

anna.wahnsinn is certainly one of the talented and generous ones!  I received a lovely package from her today!

I'm unable to take and post photos, so please read the descriptions of the wonderful items!

Here goes:

-A three strand bead necklace in varying shades of pink, with different style/type beads on each strand

-An orange and white, two strand bead bracelet (one of my fav. color combos!)

-A beaded turquoise lanyard, again, with varying type/style beads

-A choc. brown/turquoise beaded lanyard, this one with small beads (another fav. color combo!)

-A multi-colored skull bracelet that I've had on my pinterest for MONTHS!

-A multi-strand, orange beaded, BRAIDED bracelet!   Shocked

HOW DOES SHE DO IT??!!  It was good that you packed them in bubble wrap too...the envelope was soaked.

THANK YOU SO VERY, VERY much!  I love it all and can't wait to wear it!

Thank you, phoenixfiredesigns and LadybugsAndBumblebe es, it was a pleasure crafting for you!

Here is what I sent to LadybugsAndBumblebe es. Who knew I had so much orange I'd have to decide which not to use...

I definitely had lots of fun making this for you!

Group shot:

Little clicky pics:

I had started with the turquoise coloured lanyard (and something that got ditched), and then checked your Craftster profile for favourite colours...

The skull bracelet was made from beads I had just received in the bead soup swap from Ratfinkz, who made that bracelet you had pinned... I just added the little soap bubble plastic ones. And my daughter "helped" me string that...

I love the orange bracelet!  It looks like a sunset.

Now I am so excited to receive my own necklace from you!  But, maybe no mail today...the ice storm here is so bad... Sad....

oh wait...I missed the lace cami band...what a terrific idea!  I hate it when t-shirts are too short and you show off unwanted skin! And it can work at the top, too?  That is even more terrific!

And the daffodils...also one of my most favorite flowers...the art work is my favorite thing to collect!  I like the different styles everyone has!

Man, I'm slacking on getting a picture posted!  So sorry!  Here is the awesome hanging carseat cover that Watsonc7 made for us!  The print is lovely and it fits perfect!  The inside is a light pink fleece, so its so so cozy!  Which is awesome, because today its -1 with a -20 wind chill.  Luckily, its bright and sunny out, just freezing!

Thanks Watsonc7!

omg, I so want all the jewelry!  Beautiful work, anna.wahnsinn!
