I crocheted this baby hat from scraps left over from the matching stocking. I thought it would be cute to take pictures of her in the stocking with a matching hat. Too bad I didn't do this sooner. They would have made a nice Christmas card. The Yarn is Lion Brand Homespun.

That has got to be the cutest baby in the world.
And stuffed in a stocking, with the Santa hat. Ubber cute!
Next year, just make a bigger stocking. The hat will probably stretch and fit for the picture, still.
What a sweetie pie. I love the little ones. Too cute!

So what could be wrong with an "After Christmas" card? Your baby is just too cute to not show off.....send it out. It would cheer everyone up in January. Go for it!

Thanks everyone. I hope she will fit into the hat next Christmas. I'd like to get another years use out of the hat. Not a bad idea cmarion. Maybe I will make up a little after-Christmas card to send out with the birth announcements.

Completely beautiful baby and stocking - this really brings a smile to my face Smiley I'm sure your family and friends would be delighted to get this as an after-Christmas card.

The bay is cute. I love the yarn you used. It makes a really great thick pom pon.
