With all the little girls in our extended family it would be lovely to have princess amis to give them.

And Ratfinkz, we may both be offering washcloths and soap, but our styles are different. If we make similar offers, it gives more people the opportunity to get the pair they want. Sounds like a winning situation to me. And yes, it does make a difference how the fabric is turned. Since it looks like your fabric is a knit, if you turn the squares so the stripes are running the same way, it is more likely to curl in on the sides. By turning the fabric at right angles as in your sample, you'll create a more stable square, especially if you topstitch a 1/4" or so around the edge of each side of the square. Wink

Thanks so much for the info really appreciated! The funniest thing is your set. Is going to be fairly high up my list!

These are the lace heart necklaces:

These are the blue bangles. It's a set of seven thread wrapped bangles.

colour-skewed to show you the thread placed differently on each bangle:

These are the accurate colour sets. There's still about five or six shades of thread, but these are what it's based around.

I'm not attached to your world, nothing heals, nothing grows... we used to love ourselves, we used to love one another.

life is no cabaret- we don't care what you say, we're inviting you anyway, you mf'ers, you'll sing someday!

If anyone is looking for something to offer I saw this in MAKE:

It might be really simple for sewers, but I don't know.

Ooh I like this, like a version of unpapertowels

If I can get free sewing time done I might officially join....would anyone be interested in (1) scrappy fabric coasters (set of 4 probably), (2) first aid roll (3) or microwave bowl holder (and maybe small snack bag) ?

Okay, so I've been playing around in my head a lot for this and would like honest feedback on these potential offerings:

- A 4x6 or 5x7 monochromatic Zentangle (letter or word of your choice)

or

-A 4x6 or 5x7 monochromatic watercolor based on a picture you send like these:

Huh

Either one of those sounds awesome!
(Though I'm sort of obsessed with those watercolors.)

Watson, your offerings sound great, too! (I'm not much for needing a first aid kit, but I'm sure others would.)
