I can't guess at how long this took to stitch up. A week of planning.. 6 trips to michaels and a local yarn/fabric store for embroidery floss.  It took up about 7 weeks of my life.  3-6 hours per day minus 1 day a week to rest my eyes and fingers [damn pointy needles >.<]. I tried to keep the colours as close to the original games from the snes as possible.. I tried my best...lol

Stone Mario from Super Mario bros 3, link from legend of Zelda: a link to the past, kupo the moogle from ff6/ff3 and crono from chrono trigger.
I gifted it to my brother last night.. I forgot to mention that the characters were from the 4 main games we played together [or I watched him play] as kids.

Had to outline links shield and sword with a black floss backstitch.

Thought the purple outline for Crono was weird but it was in the game screenshots so... oh well, left it as is.

Had to add the geeky, 'choose wisely' phrase.

Thanks for looking!

Love that FFVI and Chrono Trigger characters are in the mix, those were two of my favorite games as a kid. I may have to do something similar with Celes (love her!). This looks great!
